Our online courses can be attended by joining an online meeting via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, Skype, etc. Trainers will demonstrate techniques on screen, and you can follow along to practice at the same time. The trainer will also be available for questions and to discuss things with you.

The following is a list of things you’ll need to join our online courses:

• An internet-connected computer with a microphone.
• Certain courses require an additional screen.

In addition, there are some things that aren’t essential, but will ensure you have the best experience:

• Earphones or a headset.
• Computer with a webcam.

No, there is no specific application that is required, we provide the training over Zoom, Skype, Gotomeetings whichever you are flexible with. Remote Desktop Connection is also available for Android devices from the Google Play Store and for iOS devices from the App Store.
